Job Summary
As a Chef de Partie at Mad Swans in the Mendips, you will be at the heart of the kitchen, preparing dishes to a high standard and collaborating closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver excellent guest experiences. You’ll maintain high hygiene and food safety standards, assist with stock takes and orders using Procure Wizard, and contribute to a positive, high-performing kitchen culture. The role involves working five days out of seven, including weekends, with shifts from early morning to late evening in a fast-paced environment. A passion for food, strong communication, leadership potential, and the ability to multi-task are essential; Food Safety Level 3 is desirable but not essential. Accommodation is available onsite for this onsite role in Farrington Gurney, Bristol, with tips and service charge included.
