Job Summary
Chef de Partie in Amenity Services for JP Morgan's EMEA Amenity Services in London. Work alongside Executive Chefs and a diverse brigade across hospitality operations, from event catering to high-quality dishes. Responsibilities include food preparation and execution to required standards, stock control and temperature records, training junior staff, and promoting JPMC standards in dress and conduct. Requires experience in a fast-paced kitchen, strong teamwork, motivation, flexibility, and culinary qualifications (NVQs). Emphasis on contributing to sustainability goals and delivering a first-class client experience in a Monday–Friday, 35-hour week.
