Job Summary

The position requires a strong emphasis on food safety standards and cleanliness in the kitchen. You should have previous kitchen experience and a certification in commercial cookery, along with a solid grasp of HACCP management.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen setting as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie
- Proficient knowledge of local health, safety, and compliance regulations
- Strong organisational abilities for preparation, planning, and cost control
