Job Summary
Hands-on Farm Chef responsible for preparing and cooking dishes across breakfast and lunch service. You’ll manage your section during busy periods, support prep, stock rotation, and waste control, ensure food safety and kitchen hygiene, keep the kitchen organized, work closely with front-of-house for smooth service, support deliveries and stock organization, and contribute ideas to evolve the menu. Part of a small, supportive team with a structured 30-hour week over four days, daytime service, and opportunities for progression.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in professional kitchen (Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, or Kitchen Assistant)
