Job Summary
Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist; regulate oven temperatures and monitor equipment; pull items from storage and maintain portion control and garnishes; maintain food logs and communicate menu specials and out-of-stock items to staff. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees; ensure safety, uniform appearance, and confidentiality; anticipate guest service needs and collaborate with team to meet goals. Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 25 pounds) as part of a fast-paced kitchen environment; maintain professional communication and adhere to safety policies and procedures. Preferred education includes Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree with at least 3 years of related work experience; no supervisory requirement. Location: Bangkok, Thailand at Marriott International properties.
