Job Summary
Chef de Partie responsible for the preparation, execution, and maintenance of the assigned station, setting up stations per guidelines, following recipes and plating guidelines, executing designated preparation stations without support, HACCP procedures, inventory management, and supporting training of new staff. Requires knife and safety practices, ability to handle a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication. Culinary degree or equivalent is preferred but not required; minimum one year line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant. Granby, CO location; full-time year-round position.
