Job Summary
Manage and organize mise en place for your respective section while producing the highest food quality standards. Assist the Chef de Cuisine in leading, managing, and organizing all kitchen requirements following health and safety operating procedures. Support the Sous Chef in creating exciting new dishes and recipes. Work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment within Atlantis, The Palm's luxury resort kitchen.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- proven track record of working in an international luxury hotel
- excellent communication skills
- team player
- ability to manage multiple tasks
- confidence in dealing with a diverse set of clienteles
