Assist the Chef de Cuisine in leading, managing, and organizing all kitchen requirements following strict health and safety procedures. Support the Sous Chef in creating exciting new dishes and recipes. This role requires 1-2 years of experience in a similar position within an international luxury hotel, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
