Job Summary
Take ownership of your section, ensuring food is prepared and presented to Baresca standards. Deliver consistency, quality, and pace during service while supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. Assist with prep, service, and maintaining a clean, organised section, following all allergen, food safety, and due diligence procedures accurately. Help maintain standards to support a 5* Environmental Health rating and work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front of house team. Support training and development of Commis Chefs and junior team members. This hands-on role is for a new opening in July with full and part-time options available.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- Passionate about food, quality, and consistency
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Takes pride in their section and personal standards
- Keen to develop and progress within a growing business
