Chef de Partie - Bakery

Job Summary
Prepare meals and bakery items following recipes and quality standards; regulate ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters; thaw frozen items, ensure proper portioning, presentation, and garnish; maintain food logs; monitor quality and communicate needs during busy periods; inform Chef and F&B staff of menu specials and item availability; assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees; uphold safety, security, and cleanliness policies; protect company assets; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; maintain professional communication and positive working relationships; be able to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds; perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
- Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
- License or Certification: None
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
