Job Summary
Chef de Partie for Asian cuisine responsible for preparing meals to recipes and quality standards, regulating ovens and equipment, portion control, maintaining food logs, and communicating with staff during busy periods. Supports management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees; ensures safety, uniforms, confidentiality, and asset protection; delivers high-quality food and presentation, maintains positive working relationships, and adheres to quality standards and procedures. Requires at least 3 years of related experience and a Technical/Trade/Vocational degree; no supervisory experience required. On-site role based in Mumbai, India with Marriott International.
