Job Summary
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll help run your allocated kitchen section under a Sous Chef, ensuring all dishes meet exceptional standards and contributing to smooth service across The Flying Stag Pub, The Clunie Dining Room, or Breakfast service. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and Executive Chef, gain experience across sections in a world-class kitchen, and uphold high levels of hygiene, stock control, and food safety. The role involves managing daily operations of your section, delivering quality culinary output, providing feedback to the Head and Executive Chefs, supporting other sections as needed, and contributing to a collaborative, learning-focused team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences. Highlights include a 48-hour contract with overtime, tips/charge distribution, staff accommodation if relocating, and a range of staff benefits.
