Job Summary
Manage a busy kitchen section by cooking high-standard dishes while maintaining strict presentation, taste, texture, and quality. Support junior chefs by imparting knowledge and adopt a flexible approach to assist in different areas as needs indicate. Ensure your approachable, positive, and proactive manner drives high-quality service for guests.
