Job Summary
As Chef de Partie, you are a key part of the kitchen brigade, supporting the Head and Sous Chef, mentoring juniors, and delivering high-quality pub dishes and desserts across Almond Pubs. You will cook to specification, manage GP/budgets, maintain high kitchen hygiene, communicate effectively with the team, and contribute to a welcoming, family-like work environment with opportunities for training and progression. Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a kitchen
- Ability to cook to specification and manage GP/budgets
