Job Summary
Chef de Partie will manage a specific kitchen section, handling mise en place, cooking, and plating to high standards; supervise and train junior staff; coordinate with other kitchen sections and front-of-house to ensure timely service; monitor inventory, uphold food safety and hygiene, and contribute to standard operating procedures, seasonal menus, and cost control. Requires strong culinary skills, organizational ability, leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences in a luxury hotel/restaurant setting.
Required Qualifications
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification in culinary arts
