Job Summary
Lead industrial piping fabrication at the Bouguenais pre-fabrication workshop by actively participating in pipefitting work and supporting welders and operators as needed. Organize and coordinate tuyauteurs, welders, and machine operators to ensure fluid production while defining resources and adhering to manufacturing schedules. Serve as the technical reference for your team, guaranteeing safety, quality, and compliance with client specifications before fabrication release. Manage human, material, and tooling resources, supervise equipment settings, and oversee stock levels. Track performance indicators, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement by identifying and correcting process dysfunctions.
Required Qualifications
- Formation de type CAP, Bac Professionnel, Titre Professionnel, CQPM ou équivalent en tuyauterie ou chaudronnerie
- Solide expérience en tuyauterie industrielle
- Une première expérience réussie en encadrement d'équipe de terrain
- Un sens reconnu de l'organisation
- Une rigueur reconnue
- Une capacité de communication reconnue
- Une forte capacité à fédérer les équipes par l'exemple
- Une capacité à intervenir techniquement lorsque la situation l'exige
