Job Summary
Develop and implement the Canadian marketing strategy for a portfolio of food and beverage brands, including traditional media, digital, social, and in-store activation plans. Lead cross-functional projects to drive product innovations and launches while monitoring brand performance, sales forecasts, and competitive intelligence. Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing programs, controlling the budget for advertising, packaging, promotions, and studies to ensure profitability. Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to deliver initiatives on time and within scope.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Business Administration with specialization in Marketing
- Minimum of 5 years in Marketing
- Minimum 3 years in brand management
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, both oral and written
- Bilingualism (French and English)
- Experience leading cross-functional projects in a complex and fast-paced environment
- Experience in marketing research and mastery of Nielsen and Homescan tools
- Rigor, capacity for analysis and synthesis
- Autonomy, initiative, and flexibility
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Team spirit
- Location: Toronto or Boucherville
Desired Qualifications
