Job Summary
The Chef de Cuisine will assist the Executive Chef in managing daily operations of the Food and Beverage Kitchen department, ensuring the highest standards in menu item preparation and quality control. Responsibilities include inspecting and selecting fresh ingredients, maintaining and updating menu specifications and production forecasts, preparing requisitions for supplies, and managing food product storage and compliance with health regulations. Qualified candidates should have experience in high volume facilities, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and food safety training.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree plus six months to one year experience in supervising high volume facilities
- Must have Food Safety and Applicable Sanitation Training
- Regular and reliable attendance
