Job Summary
Chef de Cuisine leading a high-volume, upscale kitchen for Indigo Road Hospitality Group. You will oversee the kitchen operations, maintain food and service quality, influence guest experience, and drive financial objectives including budgeting and cost control. You’ll mentor staff, promote a collaborative, respectful culture, work with Asian flavors on an open flame grill, and collaborate with the General Manager to ensure positive operations and memorable guest experiences across 30+ locations.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years’ of successful restaurant management experience
- Experience managing the line for high-volume restaurants in upscale and food-focused environments
- Experience working with Asian flavors on an open flame grill
- Passionate about Internal Hospitality and engaging with local community
- Ability to set tone for guest experience and lead a positive team environment
- Oversee, maintain and manage food and service quality
- Assess and manage service standards with consistency across procedures
- Forecast financial trends to control labor, food and beverage costs
- Effective communication and problem-resolution skills
- Collaborate with General Manager on a positive environment
- Succeed in achieving P&L goals
- Budget preparation and variance analysis
- Recruitment and restaurant operations (FOH/BOH)
