Job Summary
Chef de Cuisine – Residence for One&Only Royal Mirage, Dubai. Responsible for running the operations of the Dining Room & Kitchen exclusive to residence guests, ensuring continuous quality and consistent standards to provide an extraordinary dining experience. Reports to the Executive Chef and should demonstrate strong operational experience in a high-quality international cuisine restaurant. Suitable candidate should be creative, dynamic, passionate, flexible, with good leadership skills; minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury resorts or five-star hotels. The brand emphasizes delivering Amazing Experiences and Everlasting Memories for guests.
