Job Summary

Lead culinary operations with integrity, creativity, and consistency to support a best-in-class dining experience. Foster a positive, high-performing kitchen culture through hands-on mentorship, collaboration, and feedback. Oversee food quality, kitchen systems, and sanitation standards with unwavering attention to detail. Develop, train, and inspire kitchen staff while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Manage scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and kitchen labor to meet financial goals and operational needs. Collaborate with the General Manager and leadership team to execute strategic business and culinary objectives. Uphold safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards across all culinary shifts. Stay current with culinary trends and continue evolving our seasonal, progressive menu offerings.

  • Culinary management experience in an upscale or fine dining environment
  • Culinary experience in an upscale, fast-paced restaurant
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a high-volume kitchen
  • A detail-oriented mindset and high standards for food quality and kitchen operations
