Job Summary
MFG is hiring an experienced Chef De Cuisine to maintain high standards of cuisine and professionalism. Responsibilities include sourcing and receiving high-quality ingredients, developing and teaching recipes, organizing and managing a large kitchen team, overseeing service quality, maintaining kitchen equipment, and scheduling inventory within budget. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years in a management role and 4 years in a high-volume kitchen, along with strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managing capacity
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a quality-driven, high volume kitchen
- Strong communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Culinary diploma or equivalent in experience
- Proficiency in verbal Spanish language
