Job Summary

Chef de Cuisine Kitchen Manager responsible for the overall kitchen operation and delivering the highest standards in quality, taste, and presentation to guests. Leads planning, organizing, managing, and controlling kitchen operations, coaches and motivates a diverse team, ensures guest satisfaction and exceptional dining experiences, manages food stock to meet Common Bond standards, and maintains safety, cleanliness, budget and scheduling compliance. Reports to the Corporate Executive Chef and oversees development of menus, catering orders, quality products, and workforce scheduling while upholding Serve-Safe/Houston Food Managers certification requirements.
