Job Summary
Chef de Cuisine responsible for daily kitchen operations, short- and long-range menu planning, cost control, and overall kitchen leadership. Lead, hire, coach, and manage kitchen staff; ensure food safety and sanitation; collaborate with General Manager on vision and vendor relations; drive collaboration with front-of-house and cross-functional teams. Requires strong leadership, communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and detail-oriented execution in a fast-paced Italian-kitchen environment. Must align with Piatti Palisades Hospitality’s standards and possess open availability to support restaurant needs.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in an Italian kitchen is a must
