Job Summary
Lead kitchen operations as Chef de Cuisine at Banff Hospitality Collective. Oversee daily kitchen operations, inventory management, and cost control for food and labour while ensuring an exceptional guest experience aligned with company values. Collaborate closely with the General Manager and front-of-house team, participate in strategic decision-making with the executive team, and actively contribute to hiring and developing top kitchen talent. Drive adherence to Food Safety and WHMIS requirements, uphold high standards of quality, and act as an ambassador of the employer brand to support sales and overall restaurant success.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in a Chef de Cuisine or similar role
- Formal culinary training preferred
- Food Safety certification (WHMIS) preferred or required
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
