Lead kitchen operations for Asian & Mediterranean restaurant; develops, designs, or creates new menu items; supervises kitchen staff and manages all food-related functions, including purchasing, staffing, and budgeting; ensures sanitation, food safety, and quality standards; trains and develops team to improve guest satisfaction and operational results; collaborates with team to meet budget and service goals, while maintaining high culinary and guest-service standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
