Job Summary
The Chef De Cuisine leads and supervises a kitchen team to uphold high standards of food preparation and service, collaborates with the Director of Culinary and Executive Sous Chef to meet divisional targets, and protects the hotel's assets while ensuring courteous, safe, and efficient operations in accordance with SWISSOTEL Clark policies. Responsibilities include maintaining culinary excellence, supervising daily kitchen activities, driving guest satisfaction, and contributing to sustainability and CSR initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Secondary / High School Education
- Additional certification(s) from a reputable Culinary school will be an advantage
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
