Coordinate daily nuclear maintenance operations for heat exchangers, tanks, and anchoring systems at the CNPE de Nogent, ensuring strict adherence to client specifications, safety regulations, and project deadlines. Manage and motivate teams, including subordinate team leaders and external contractors, while overseeing material, equipment, and human resource logistics. Control technical execution of work dossiers, monitor site progress, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Guarantee compliance with quality, prevention, and environmental standards while managing budgets and inventory.
