Chef de Brigade assists the Reception Manager and maintains a strong front-desk presence, welcoming clients and ensuring service quality and adherence to standards. Responsibilities include greeting guests, completing check-ins and billing, promoting Marriott brands and products, ensuring warm and efficient reception and call handling, training new team members, reporting anomalies, resolving disputes, fidelising guests through the loyalty program, keeping information up-to-date for accurate guest service, and upholding Marriott procedures, standards and values.
