Job Summary
Lead the maintenance team by enforcing safety policies, distributing workloads, and training new members while acting as the primary liaison between management and staff. Execute electrical inspections, routine maintenance, and repairs on traction equipment, including power distribution to overhead lines and emergency response during failures. Manage work orders in the GMAO system, read technical drawings, and ensure all electrical protections comply with legislation. Coordinate with night supervisors and other departments to maintain line operations, communicate with control centers via radio, and handle public interactions during incidents. Work a night shift from 23h to 7h with a weekend on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Connaissances en gestion d'équipe
- Leadership collaboratif assumé
- Connaissance des outils informatiques Office 365
- Détenir un DEC en électronique industrielle OU une formation équivalente en électrodynamique/instrumentation/contrôle
- ASP Construction
- Certificat en électricité: licence C depuis au moins 3 ans
- Expérience de travail avec du courant continu et du courant alternatif
- Être habile avec des outils manuels et des équipements motorisés
- Facilité à partager des compétences / informations avec des collègues
- Bonne communication parlée et écrite en français
- Attentif aux détails. Capable de produire de façon cohérente des informations factuelles et détaillées.

- Le présent poste est sur un horaire de nuit de 23h à 7h du dimanche au vendredi matin
