Lead recruitment, interviews, training, and ongoing performance follow-through for your team. Collaborate with Site Managers to optimize schedules and execute shifts effectively. Requires a valid driver's license, French proficiency, and team management experience. Available for rotating Monday-to-Saturday shifts with Sunday flexibility.
