Organize and coordinate production according to the defined schedule, adjusting team placement based on skills and operational challenges. Monitor performance indicators to analyze quality, productivity, and delivery gaps, while resolving first-level issues and proposing improvements. Conduct line audits to ensure compliance with operating procedures, enforce safety and quality standards, and train new arrivals to support team polyvalence. Identify candidates ready for a durable professional integration pathway and contribute to continuous improvement projects using Lean Management methodologies. Manage a team of 40 to 45 collaborators in an industrial cable wiring environment, reporting to the Manufacturing Manager.
