Fix production objectives, determine raw material and staffing needs, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Control manufacturing processes against specifications, propose continuous improvement solutions, and deploy 5S and SMED standards. Interface with maintenance for intervention prioritization, coordinate team actions through whiteboard tracking and meetings, and adjust headcount flexibly. Recruit, integrate, and train new collaborators while conducting individual professional interviews and managing daily administrative tasks such as leave and sick leave. Lead a diverse team by motivating staff, setting progression targets, and fostering a positive work climate. Requires Bac +2 with significant manufacturing team management experience and advanced IT proficiency.
