Job Summary
Oversee supplier contract performance and manage delivery requirements, executing corrective actions for non-compliant vendors. Develop strong partnerships with suppliers and collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to reduce purchased material costs. Act as the escalation point for supplier issues, expediting direct resolution and ensuring corrective action implementation. Identify team skill development needs and provide on-the-job coaching while managing the business plan with Strategic Sourcing. This on-site role in Longueuil supports next-generation engine development, requiring strong English communication skills within a French-speaking environment.

- Very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues
