Job Summary
Manage and support a team of approximately ten collaborators under the Agency Director's direction. Organize, plan, and optimize receiving, storage, preparation, and dispatch activities while ensuring compliance with procedures, deadlines, service quality, and safety rules. Act as the operational link between management and the handling teams, participating in manual operations when activity requires it to lead by example. Monitor activity indicators and contribute to continuous process improvement while collaborating with internal services to ensure smooth operations.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a similar function acquired at a carrier, freight forwarder, or customs broker
- Solid experience in operational management of logistics teams
- Strong ability to combine management and on-site presence
- Excellent organization, reactivity, and a true sense of priorities
- Good command of office tools, notably Excel
- CACES 1, 3, and 5 certifications currently valid
Desired Qualifications
- English knowledge would be an asset
