Supervise daily workshop activities and coordinate technician work while planning maintenance operations to optimize equipment availability for operations. Conduct or oversee technical diagnostics for hydraulic, mechanical, and electromechanical systems, then restore defective parts, organs, or equipment through exchange or repair. Manage supplier relationships for heavy-duty maintenance, monitor their services, and ensure workshop inventory levels remain adequate. Maintain up-to-date administrative documentation for all equipment, including regulatory checks and maintenance records, while strictly adhering to hygiene and safety protocols and using required personal protective equipment.
