Prepare menu items as directed by the Manager of Dining Services, producing well-executed dishes with attention to nutrition and presentation while supporting kitchen workflow from prep through service. Maintain required standards for sanitation, food handling, documentation, and regulatory compliance, resetting stations and completing checks between meal periods to ensure food safety. Work a full-time schedule with a weekend rotation, arriving with a clear plan for the day's menu and adjusting timing to keep plates polished and consistent.
