Job Summary
Chef / Cook Supervisor to prepare meals for residents and supervise kitchen staff. Responsibilities include determining and preparing appropriate food quantities for each meal, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, assisting in care and maintenance of kitchen equipment, supervising staff on assigned shifts, and ensuring quality control and adherence to modified diets. Requires knowledge of food protection principles, ability to follow modified diets, and a minimum age of 18; HS diploma or equivalent preferred. Part-time position located in Penfield, NY within Heathwood Assisted Living.
Required Qualifications
