Analyze technical solutions from internal and external offices to propose organizational and contractual optimizations ensuring cost, schedule, and risk mastery. Pilot the global project lifecycle from design synthesis to contract execution, coordinating engineers, external offices, and contractors. Manage technical, financial, and schedule risks for work contracts, including remuneration and documentation up to final delivery.
