Prepare and plan civil engineering studies for railway infrastructure, including earthworks, retaining structures, and platforms. Define work methodologies, phasing, and multi-actor interfaces while anticipating operational, safety, and environmental constraints. Analyze technical solutions from internal and external design bureaus to propose optimizations for cost, schedule, and risk management. Pilot the global project lifecycle, coordinating studies, contract award, and execution follow-up across all stakeholders. Manage technical, financial, and schedule risks for work contracts, including remuneration tracking and documentation until final acceptance.
