Job Summary
Conduct high-stakes railway infrastructure projects by preparing technical plans, analyzing input data for signaling studies, and defining multi-technique work methodologies. Pilot general schedules under ARGOS to meet MOA deadlines while coordinating studies, contract passation, and execution across engineering and construction teams. Optimize technical, economic, and organizational solutions for signaling systems, ensuring compliance with SNCF, EN, and UIC standards. Manage financial risks, technical interfaces with other lots, and documentation operations until final DOE approval. Identify operational risks related to infrastructure-system interfaces and propose innovative, safe, and performant solutions. Work within a 100% employee-owned engineering group across the Nord Loire IDF and Sud Loire PACA regions, supporting major mobility projects with a focus on quality, simplicity, and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Diplômé d'une école d'ingénieur ou titulaire d'un Master 2 en génie civil, systèmes ferroviaires, signalisation ou travaux publics
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience avérée d'expérience en gestion de projets d'infrastructure avec une spécialisation en signalisation ferroviaire
- Maîtrise avancée des outils de planification, notamment ARGOS, NExTEO et/ou MISTRAL NG
Desired Qualifications
- La connaissance de LEA ou GEREMI ou ECHO
- Familiarité avec les méthodes de management de projet
- Une bonne compréhension de l'organisation SNCF (MOA/MOE, référentiels, sécurité ferroviaire)
