Job Summary
Chef responsible for food preparation and production according to dietary requirements, menus, and quality standards. Manages meal planning, kitchen organization, purchasing, and sanitation while creating a positive dining experience for residents and guests. Plans and prepares meals up to four days per week, shops for food and supplies, labels and stores items, maintains cleanliness, rotates inventory to minimize waste, and tracks purchase records within budget guidelines. Requires ability to lift 35 pounds; high school diploma or GED required; formal culinary training preferred. Ideal candidates are dependable, organized, compassionate, and dedicated to hospitality within a faith-centered environment.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in food service or a similar environment preferred
- Ability to lift 35 pounds
