Job Summary
Prepare, cook and serve food in adherence with dietary requirements with a strong focus on food safety standards. Support senior hospitality staff with menu design and implementation, promote quality standards and maintain service with standard operating procedures. You’ll bring proven experience in safe food preparation, storage and delivery, a clear understanding of WHS, and the ability to handle medium-high volume meal preparation.
