Job Summary
Chef roles across all kitchen sections on a 14 days on 7 days off FIFO roster from Perth; opportunities for full-time roaming, casual and Chef's specializing in Chinese cuisine. Responsibilities include working with the team to provide the highest level of food service, exploring creative flair on themed nights/events, and maintaining consistent work-life balance on the FIFO roster. Works across all sections of our kitchens and supports a high standard of food quality at remote sites.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate III (minimum requirement) or IV (desirable) in Commercial Cookery
- Strong Chef experience (minimum 3 years)
- FIFO Chef experience highly desirable
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights
- Able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing and police check
