Job Summary

Join Hi Noon Hospitality as a Chef in a high-volume, scratch kitchen environment, leading culinary teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities include upholding brand standards, training staff, conducting line checks, and managing inventory and labor for profitability. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of culinary leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to foster teamwork and maintain kitchen operations. Candidates must possess a current Food Handler’s or ServSafe certification and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of culinary leadership experience in a high-volume setting
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop culinary teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Skilled with kitchen equipment and confident with knife work
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work long hours in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Current Food Handler’s or ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations: inventory, ordering, COGs, labor, and financials
  • Steak & seafood knowledge
