Cheesemaker for a Sonoma, CA production facility. Produce cheese according to daily production plans; monitor product quality and food safety standards; follow GMPs and SOPs; maintain a clean, organized work environment; collaborate with team to meet production goals; report quality concerns and production issues promptly. English required; Spanish is a plus. Lift up to 50 pounds; stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks in cold, wet production environments. Full-time, temporary-to-hire with potential for permanent hire; day shift; weekends as needed.
