Job Summary
Lead the Haggen Specialty Cheese program by developing and motivating a team of cheese mongers to create a destination experience for guests. Implement the corporate cheese program to improve the go-to-market of specialty cheese in your location while ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements. Actively participate in cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, tools, and equipment. Provide friendly customer care at all times and obtain a food handler's permit. This role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands including lifting 50 lbs. and standing up to 8 hours.
