Cheese Shop Lead

Develop and implement merchandising plans while promoting continuous team member development and identifying candidates for management. Prepare inventory records, control department costs, and direct training for all Team Members. Maintain open communication with other departments to develop marketing plans and enable unparalleled guest service by leading by example. Analyze customer and employee satisfaction indices to identify areas for improvement while ensuring safety and adherence to safety guidelines. Understand and adhere to the collective bargaining agreement. Actively participate in fostering an environment of diversity, inclusion, and respect for Team Members, guests, vendors, and the community.
