Develop and implement merchandising plans while monitoring operations to control department costs. Direct, oversee, and evaluate training for Team Members, promoting continuous development and identifying candidates for management. Prepare and track inventory records, maintain safety as the top priority, and enable unparalleled guest service by leading by example. Analyze customer and employee satisfaction indices to identify areas needing improvement and develop communication processes for marketing plans. Provide exemplary customer service, greet guests friendly, and adhere to the collective bargaining agreement. Maintain safety guidelines when handling products and equipment, actively promoting diversity, inclusion, and respect for all stakeholders.
