Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages customers to return. Assist the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals while monitoring and controlling all established quality assurance standards. Work closely with the Deli/Baker Merchandising team and the Deli/Bakery department to create an engaging environment.
